Where can a char rest at besides the inn in shadowdale? When out on the road I have yet to find a place to replenish my spells for the day other then trying to find my way back to shadowdale.

there are a couple of places to rest, near the building work for the temple of Lathander in Shadowdale there is a camp fire and there is another campfire in the northwest section of the swamp. There may be others but I haven't found them yet.

Yes, that is correct. You can typically rest at inns, on the regional overland maps, and also around some friendly, secured campfires. I have tried to include at least one rest zone near the entrance to each dungeon. For instance, you can rest at the campfire atop Toad Knoll with Haddie as well as the campfire in the north-western corner of the swamp near the entrance to the cave where the lizardmen dwell (although these are soon to be replaced with new inhabitants).
Also, there are often "hidden" rest spots located within many of the dungeons, usually in a secluded corner or at the end of a dead-end. I have tried to include clues as to the safety of these rest spots, and I'll also be adding some text-based descriptions of many areas that will be revealed to your character as you enter (similar to the DM narration during tabletop play) which will further tip you off to the safety of the area.
